more than a birthday book

a holistic approach to life really using the power of the day you were born to commemorate and catalyze true self love and respect. loved the permission and imperative to honor yourself and do it well. Joy is a birthright, and what better time to choose that than your birthday. I listened to it 2ce and know it will listen again next year if not sooner.

Birthday Wishes

Dumb luck placed Tamar's book firmly into my hands, my birthday week. The serendipity in timing wasn't lost on me...and I took full notice. Birthdays, being ubiquitous, are sometimes overlooked as to their deeper significance. The author nails the importance we might want to render our special days. I am grateful for the opportunity this book brought into my life. The book nudged me to honor my birth and reminded me to celebrate each and every birthday with greater intention...I was changed by reading her work.
