It was so easy to understand and follow. Lots of common sense, tools for success in the business. 

First, I purchased the audiobook then I purchased the soft cover paperback book. I am pouring through both of them regularly, because the material is so rich with insight and action steps. Great, and educational read. The title says it’s for the “new sales professional”. I believe this is for any sales professional to continue to rehearse the basics.

Great tools for new sales

This is a great book for people that are new to car sales industry. Jeff gives a broad spectrum of sales tools.
