So good!

Following the tips and techniques offered in this book has helped me immensely. I have been able to anthropomorphize my depression into a foe that I can combat regularly, and before this book I had no idea I could even do that. I am genuinely impressed, and I'm going to be buying a hard copy of the book at first opportunity.

Speaks to men!

Clear, concise, and on point. Especially enjoyed his discussion of the neurohormones affecting our mood, effects of alcohol, drugs, and junk food, and what to expect with psychotherapy.

Wonderful and practical guide

I am a therapist who works with men who are depressed. I just finished this book, and I would give out copies to my patients in a heartbeat. It’s that good.

Practical and informative

What a wonderful book. Not sure after listining that I actually have severe depression, but I felt encouraged to stop eating junk and go back to the gym instead. Feeling much better now. Kinda obivious, right? Not always. Not when you get caught up in bad habbits. Thanks, coach! Thanks for helping me but a label on my "beast."

Very Helpful

The methods for battling depression described in this book are quite helpful. I have struggled on and off with depression most of my adult life. I have used many of the methods in this book successfully in the past. The author does a good job of explaining how to implement them and why.

Outstanding!

This book is incredible! So powerful and so helpful in understanding and dealing with my depression. I was able to connect and apply the concepts and principles and found relief almost instantly. I will be listening to this book many times over and feel so fortunate that I discovered it.
