Wonderful audio book!!!

The author has packed this audiobook with great suggestions to help the listener cope with stress; brings statistics to life with colorful side stories and includes many helpful quizzes to enable the reader to gauge for themselves where their stress levels are at. I really love this audiobook.

Tips and Tricks to Get Happy!

How to Stop Worrying and Start happy is a practical guide providing the tools to help you recognize your stress triggers and take action. I think it was chapter five that discusses positive affirmations- although the terminology wasn't used, just the concept. The author talks about this useful tool in helping you to make the positive changing in your life that is going to make a difference.

Overall, an enjoyable book!

It's kind of changed my daily life since hearing it. It's so important to know what the heck you're doing and when you're doing it. Staying true to yourself. Sounds deep, but it was a wonderful hear that I look back on from time to time. Love it!

Great audio book!!!

This is my first audiobook from this author and I must say that I'm enjoying the type of audiobooks he writes. I think we all need to stop worrying particularly on things we cannot control and it may sound simple. After listening to this audiobook it actually is very simple to stop worrying and start happy. If you are on constant stress, then I definitely recommend this audiobook because you could definitely benefit from the principles inside.

Awesome Audiobook

This audiobook was very good. I felt it was more approachable than many other books of similar subject. It's almost like a distillation of many of the best thoughts and exercises concerning living a more mindful and less stressful life. As a society we could all stand to live more in the moment and cut the busyness.
