Hygge Book OK, Lagom Book Poor
The Hygge book had some good information, but I couldn't really connect with narrator and very repetitive. I just couldn't listen to the Lagom book. Information was very choppy and I couldn't connect with the narration.

EXACTLY what I needed!!!
This book is a MUST read for anyone even remotely interested in learning about the core concepts of Hygge or Lagom. It is also a useful reference book for any new practitioner of the Minimalism path, to help brush up on their knowledge, or even for use as an easy-access source to draw upon and share with others interested in learning.
He uses a clear cut, straight forward approaches in his explanations, that make learning about Balance and Minimalism an enjoyable experience.
After reading through this book, I can't wait to grab my sweater, put the kettle on, light the candles and settle in with loved ones! This book does an excellent job of defining both hygge and lagom in a way that's immediately inspiring and usable.
This book is truly capable of inspiring one to delve further and learn more. Excellent resource, as well as the other books of the author, which I also highly recommend.

Terrible!
Hygge was a little helpful, but Lagom had a totally incompetent reader. She kept repeating the same thing over and over about living a healthy life , but nothing about what Lagom was about. She paused for long periods of time and could not read simple sentences correctly. This was pitiful.

This is the best audio-book ever i listen!!!
If you've never heard of hygge before but want to know more, this audio-book is for you. Finding a culture that encourages togetherness, coziness, indulgence and relaxation but in such a humble way is refreshing. We all need hygge in our lives.

I loved this book!!!
Years before now, things about me were quite different, and I couldn't even get hold of it at all... this book guided me where I needed to go!
I AM a Lifestyle consultant! The Author does an excellent job of giving confirmation where I needed it most by sharing his knowledge and giving me a great starting point in this book! I cannot thank him enough!
Several chapters give a lot of specific examples of hygge/lagom that I could implement into my life, which made it feel like it is easy to make small changes that have a big impact
A must-read if you want to know everything there is to know about Hygge or Lagom
I cannot wait to order Happiness secrets other books and read them while I apply this knowledge!

SIMPLY AMAZING!
The only problem with this book is that many people still don't know it!
I found this book to be extraordinary in many ways.
After years of being a workaholic and a bit of a collector, with the help of this book I am slowly changing my life and am much happier. This book has good tips, wonderful recipes and both decorating and lifestyle suggestions that encourage a simpler, more balanced, cozy life.
I think everyone should take a look. It will help you understand the deepest secrets of Hygge & Lagom
