Leadership mindset 2.0
As I have become a manager I decided I needed to know more, so I started listening to leadership and self development books. This book is an amazing way to kickstart that journey it has been so helpful to me and I hope many more get what I have out of it!

Wise and practical - well worth the read!
I found this book very helpful. It has a great combination of guiding principles (e.g. authentic vs. ego self) and practical resources (e.g. steps for complex decision making). Examples from the author's life make the theories offered more human and relatable.

I enhoyed this audiobook a lot. it goes to the point, case studies are relatable, and the author's take on leading from the auténtico self versus ego are a good refresher of what success should really mean..
