I have recommended this to family members who I know struggle with living in the past instead of enjoying the present and looking forward to the future. I myself have been struggling with that, and I found this reminder, this message, to be very helpful at bringing me out of the past and into the now.

Misleading Title
This audio book is a collection of short unrelated meditations and collections of affirmations barely related to 'letting go of the past'. The first few are practices geared towards going into a trance or hypnotic state. One is about the sacral and solar chakras. Then follow a group of positive affirmation segments with very intrusive energetic music accompaniment. The affirmations are good but the music spoils it.
Each segment has a different narrator.
In my opinion this audio book (if you can call it that) is pretty useless. I do not recommend it.
