Life changing!!!

A friend recommended this audiobook to me and I just finished the 28 day program successfully!!! It works with any goal or objective, and the 28 days is the time needed to make it a habit or part of your life. I have never had “will power” and this book explains why 90% of us DONT have will power, but then explains how to reach goals with other motivational tricks. I printed the pdf journal and followed along with the daily lesson. The first half of the book talks about will power, pitfalls, motivation types, and how to be successful. The 2nd half is broken down by weeks 1-4 and then by each day. Each day you listen to a 5-10 minute lesson with an action step for that day. At the end of each week there is a recap of what you have learned. The journal was very simple and easy!! I hate long writing assignments, so I was pleased to only need to write 1-2 sentences and complete a numbered scale on different areas of my life. Because the journal is quick and painless I was able to stick with it for the whole 28 days!!! I am not a consistent person, so this program is perfect for those of us that find it difficult to stay with something! I will be recommending this book to everyone I know, and I’m sending a huge thank you to the friend who told me about it. Worth every penny! Get the audiobook, read by the author, he has an amazing voice! My friend purchased both the audiobook and the print copy, and she liked having both, but it’s not necessary. Don’t wait…start today and your life will be forever changed!!!!

I’m energized and ready to DO THIS, over and over again!

Amazing book and so well written and researched! I have taken Andy’s Master Class personally before reading this book and it was life changing! Reading this book shined up all my tools in my motivational toolbox and now I have a day to day tool and guide to take with me as I smash my goals, 28 days at a time! Thanks Andy for putting me on the path to becoming my own master of my crafts...my own virtuoso!

6 stars! Brilliant book!

In 2019 i read 230 books on audible, this is one of my favorites! Andy transmit a sense of energy that wants you get started right away. He has a fresh and game changing perspective on motivation. What a great book to start the year 2020 with and to reach your goals. Thanks Andy for inspiring me.

Fantastic!

Andy Ramage is fabulous at helping everyone identify and reach their goals. This book is full of inspiration and terrific tools to help keep you motivated and get from point A to point B.
I cannot recommend this book highly enough to anyone who needs to set new goals, and be inspired and encouraged to meet them.

Such an empowering book

The authors voice just led you through a path of hope and made you feel invincible. The author made the book easy to comprehend and gives us an outline to happiness. I loved the book!
