Truly worth it

I loved this book. it really describes how I think and what I go through daily within my headspace. I didn’t know other people struggled with the same things I do ,the way I do. I think it’s important to keep open communication with your partner and that this helps to try to prevent self sabotaging your relationships. Thank you

Can't Hurt

This is a great book for establishing mental strength and overcoming anxiety in general. This is a great topic because I have struggled with overthinking and relationship anxiety for years due to past traumas and experiences. I learned how to deal with these issues and ease the anxiety that comes with confronting it head-on. I highly recommend this book for those going through the same things.

Incredible Resource

This entire book is just absolutely incredible. If you or someone you know struggles with overthinking and/or anxiety, this is an amazing book to listen to. The author takes an empathetic and hopeful approach with this book by helping to enlighten listeners in understanding the roots of relationship anxiety and offers many strategies to help overcome it. The author talks about decluttering of both your mind as well as your physical space. Clean space, clean mind. Have you ever noticed that when your house gets messy it's typically when you are not feeling the greatest and you are struggling with something or someone? I went through this during my marriage where my anxiety was really bad and I noticed my house kind of fell apart around me. I didn't really put that together until listening to this book.

There are many unhealthy coping habits we all take when our minds are not at their most optimal states so learning how to feed in healthy habits to boost the positivity in our minds was a key takeaway from the book. My other key takeaways would have been in Chapter 4 for how powerful transforming your thoughts on self-awareness, battling negative thoughts, and overall rewiring an anxious mind. This chapter is packed with practical exercises that I have already begun to implement and notice a change.

For anyone struggling with overthinking and anxiety within your relationships or even intimacy issues, this is a great book to get started with if you want to implement change

Wow - An excellent resource

I really enjoyed this book! It's filled with so much information about overthinking. It's easy to think you're the only person who overthinks, but this book explained that it's a normal part of life - it's just how we learn to deal with it that sets ups apart. I especially enjoyed the part on rewiring the brain and neuroplasticity. it was presented in a clear and entertaining way. Did you know that the average person thinks more thoughts in a day than there are stars? Staggering. We all think...all the time. So learn some techniques to overcome overthinking and to help you work through relationship anxiety. This is an excellent resource!
