Amazing book!

Just the kind of self-help book for busy professional who doesn't have so much time. I manage to finish it within 1 hr playing the audio fast. There were many lengthy 10hrs title, but I prefer this shorter title.

The audiobook itself made me angry.seriously.

I would say the first half of this read seemed like it was going somewhere, and somewhat promising. The second half is filled in with a gentleman with a heavy British accent, (This part is called Anger Management Affirmations), and he proceeds to declare small thoughts and reminders, geared towards calming ourselves, and being less agitated and angry. It repeats itself, in a loop that lasts forever. I have no idea how this previously got such great reviews. The mantras were more of a mental torture session for me.
