Sweet and Short but helpful

Although the clip is six minutes long, it is six minutes in which the narrator gets to the point by explaining what anger is, how it influences and how to manage it.

Too short

This is fine for a small introduction but I can't believe they would make you pay for something that last seven minutes

Too short and not actionable tools

One expects a book titled “managing…” will offer some tools to manage the subject matter. This 6 minute blurb quickly explain the consequences of eruptions at work but does little to actually help manage them other than “ask yourself if it’s worth it” and “speak calmly”. No kidding…
