Opened me to new thoughts and understanding

I really enjoyed this audiobook by Gio George and it really opened me to new ideas and understanding for meditation and seeking love, happiness, and healing. She teaches and speaks with an easy to understand voice that is neither too slow or too fast. The audiobook can be heard day or night, complete or sections. Listen with the willingness to change the thoughts and willingness of trying new thoughts and understanding.
