Super Interesting
I studied neuroplasticity and cognitive decline in college, but honestly haven't thought much about it since then. When I saw this book I took the opportunity to check it out and wasn't disappointed. Whether you are looking to improve your mental abilities right now, or simply maintain them for longer into your life, the understanding this book gives you just about how your brain and learning work to give you a headstart towards your goal. It's written in a way that makes sense without you having to be a scientist, and gives you tools to use to stay sharp moving forward. Very cool.
