Deeply healing book for times of uncertainty
I recently went through a big life change of losing my job. I’ve felt fear, sadness, anger, and relief. It feels like I’m free-falling in the dark unknown. This book helped me feel less alone and gave me restorative practices for centering myself, feeling what I feel, and moving through the emotions. Octavia is wise beyond belief and I’m grateful she wrote this book.

Pause and read this book
I was so encouraged by this book. I read it over the course of weeks. I have setup a much better proactive self care for myself. I savor slow moments and was really moved by the words of Octavia Raheem. I loved that she read it. If you are feeling anxious and overwhelmed, read this book. Watch how you slow down and savor little moments. I will definitely be returning back to this one. Thank you, Octavia for sharing your wisdom!
