I really enjoyed this audiobook

I really enjoyed this audiobook. The information (especially the easy to follow meal plans) was easily presented and made me feel that making the leap to vegan eating was a possibility. I would definitely recommend this audiobook to others

Well done! Hands down the best book ever

Well done! Hands down the best book ever. I say book because it’s not just a cookbook! Author breaks down changing your lifestyle in an easy terms that simply just make sense.

His book is amazing and I enjoy using it every day! Do yourself a favor and buy this book and change your life little by little! Plant based diet is great!

Amazing!

This audiobook gave more than a perfunctory introduction to the anti-inflammatory diet, it focused basically on these methods and gestures to fight and get rid of inflammation in the body.

There are lots of yummy sounding recipes!

Excellent book filled with great information. The information is presented and explained very well. I personally would prefer a little more color and more pictures in order to motivate me.

This book provides meal plans, recipes, and what you should have in your pantry, freezer, and refrigerator. Having an idea of what to stock up on before starting a diet is very helpful.

There are lots of yummy sounding recipes and this will be one of my new go to books. It provides excellent recipes and I look forward to starting my plant based diet soon.

I’m very happy with this purchase!

I’m very happy with this purchase! The recipes are all pretty tasty and they make life easier by using leftovers for some of the following meals. Easy to understand and useful. I would recommend this to anyone that was making this a life long diet or even just a cleanse.

This is so great book and I so love on how it was written. Too simple however it gives us a great understanding. This book causes me to profoundly make a few information investigation effectively. This is absolutely the best one.

A lot of important information gathered in this book. I was actually impressed by how much useful information squeezed in such a short book. The truth is I can not imagine that the book will affect me so much.Highly recommended this book. Everything was really great full.

This must be one of the most trade-in audiobook

This must be one of the most trade-in audiobook in my kitchen. The plans are completely tasty as well as nutritious and filling. It's incredible for the entire family we have attempted heaps of the plans and cherished each and every one! They are anything but difficult to pursue and I truly like the little nourishment realities about every formula it makes eating as a veggie lover a great deal more fun and fascinating even with particular kids. I would strongly suggest this audiobook and expectation the brings out increasingly splendid audiobook like these!

Katie Gordon has some great recipes in here. The 3-week meal plan works well if you stick with it, in my opinion not hard to do because the recipes are so good. Great to add more veggies to the diet, whether you are totally plant-based or not.
