This is a great book
This is a great book for someone who knows nothing about this diet. It explains the diet, gives you a sample menu, and has some great recipes. I appreciated that it was laid out in a simple, straight forward manner and the Dummies style of non-fiction books already lends itself to lists, do's and don'ts and helpful hints. Very good introduction to the Mediterranean Diet.

Great Mediterranean Diet! Once you get the hang of his simple recipes it gets easier to add more to your diet and spice things up. It is very deceiving because it is a super-thin book and I didn't use all of his recipes. I really like the biscotti recipe.

Keep up the excellent work
This is a very good book. I enjoyed reading this book. Many information in this book. After listening to this book I found much information in this book. This book contains a lot of healthy recipes, which can be easily made. The book is simple and easy to read and understand.
There are many diet books out there, but I found this one full of useful information. Most diets say to fill up on any fruits and vegetables, but this book actually went over the fact that there are some vegetables that are not congruent with weight loss and that they should be avoided.
The information provided on these mins, as well as the suggestion it gathered, are worth far more than five stars and I would consider this book to be a great bargain at twice the price. Keep up the excellent work. Highly recommended.

Easy to follow guide to healthy living. One day hubby told me he was running out of ideas for meals. I expected it because he looks much like his mother and that was definitely not how I learned to cook or to eat. I am diabetic, on a blood thinner, have cholesterol issues, liver and gallbladder issues I could list all the rest but, Me. These and the rest of my health issues are genetic, not due to my eating habits.
