If you are part of a group that has accepted a fasting challenge in fundraising for a cause, this is the book for you. Everything you need to know and understanding about fasting is in here. And it is very easy to understand. The book was so interesting I followed up with his second book, which is essential reading if you are human that eats. By reading both books you will learn how to control every organ in your body through your mouth. You will also gain the insight necessary to learn what it is you put in your mouth and what it does to your body. The hidden sugars and processed foods and their effects. How government and industry push certain items on to your table that are poison and should not be in anyone's body.

being recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, i knew there was a way to reverse it. i wasn't getting an answers from my doctor, so i did my own research . I'm going to beat diabetes!?

Did Jimmy Moore do a good job differentiating all the characters? How?

The narration was the weakest part of this audible book. I could never tell whether it was his own commentary or if he was quoting for Dr. Fung or someone else. A professional narrator would have been a better choice.

Non-fiction dietary book, nothing extreme here.

Overall great content. A bit of a different take on the Obesity Code, which I liked. Certain subject matter was repeated several times throughout, which made it easier to remember later, so in this case it was a good thing and I suspect intentional.

This books was very informative. As a personal train and a fitness guy I was stuck in the idea that everyone should eat six meals a day. I was wrong! This book has shed new light on the way I help people achieve there goals. This book will be recommended!

Everything you ever wanted to know about fasting and the best part is it’s all done through Qualified doctors with amazing results for their patients. Almost everyone can fast with amazing results

What a thorough book on fasting

Would have strongly preferred the audio book of Jason Fung was the narrator. Hearing Jimmy Moore read Fung’s words and experiences made it confusing. The content was still interesting but without Fung’s charm and sense of humor a lot of magic was lost which is unfortunate.

Very well written on benefits of fasting all backed by medical science. What I really liked was all examples where from actual first hand results with humans in his medical practice and diet clinic.

Only negative was the performance - producer should have invested in pop filter for mic and a program to even out the sound.
