Treasure trove of information to get your mind ready for weight loss

Whether it was a mediation, hypnosis or affirmation this book has all the answers. It was great that you could do different ones each day or whatever suits you. It gave me heaps of ideas to curb cravings, not emotional eat and be in the right frame of mind to lose weight. I’m already 10lbs down by using the tools from this book.
