This works!!! It reallly works!!!

I have been trying to loose weight and keep it off since high school; it is a never ending cycle and nothing seems to work. Out of desperation I tried this and am shocked that is REALLY works. I have been playing this every night before I go to bed and then I usually fall asleep while it is still playing. I have no idea how it works, but I am DEFINITELY not eating as much as i normally do and I am not feeling deprived. And, i am also not thinking about food 24/7 which is so great.

Keeping My Fingers Crossed!

The book is laid out in an easy-to-follow manner. I actually listened through and now plan to put the strategies into action. The self-hypnosis is an interesting concept and can’t hurt to try. There are a lot of strategies and tips to get in a good mental space to attain good healthy eating habits which would lead to weight loss and overall good health.
