A Breath of Fresh Air for My ADHD Brain

I’ve always struggled with procrastination and staying focused, so I was skeptical about guided meditations actually helping. But wow, these sessions are so helpful! The calming voice and straightforward instructions made it easy to relax, even when my mind was racing. One meditation in particular helped me break out of a cycle of overwhelm at work.
