As useful today as it was in 1992…
Initially, I was unsure how useful or applicable this information would be, given the late 1980’s era references. I couldn’t have been more mistaken. This guide was arguably more powerful, as the tenets contained herein have truly stood the test of time. The language was accesible and relatable, and the narrator did a wonderful job of presenting the material in a meaningful way. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for ways to reclaim their sense of worth.

Nonsense. No help at all.
Any additional comments?
If anything I think i found this more of a hindrance than a help! Really not useful, just very patronising. I took very little of any real use or value from this book.
