Great start to a morning
Loves it... Narrator does a great job talking through all the poses. For me sometimes in class I get so stuck on looking at instructor I don't get to relax and feel through the poses. This helps me to just focus on my body and feel through what I am doing.

Great way to squeeze in some centering exercise!
I love the narrator's casual soothing style. These are so great for squeezing in some centering movement without having to set up a video. A basic knowledge of yoga is probably a good idea.

some better than others
some instructors are good while others are mediocre. all should be careful to describe each move that is to be made because we don't have visual cues.
