Solid Book on Narcissism

This is a short listen that is very helpful in identifying those people who seek to manipulate others. It isn't written with any particular bias, and I really appreciate that. It describes the toxic traits that clue you in to the fact that something is wrong, tells you how to avoid being the victim and be on the road to recovering parts of yourself that you've given over to the narcissist in your life. I highly recommend it.

Empowering and educational.

This book helped me switch my focus from my partner‘s abusive behaviors to interest in myself and my self-care. It validated my experiences and ways I was struggling and convinced me to step out of the way of narcissistic abuse.

Nailed It On The Head!!!!

This book was so spot on, in describing my husband, too a tee!!
It was very helpful to hear a lot of what was going on, actually have names, like gas lighting.
And to know I am not alone. U

Pretty Vague

Good overview but lacked depth. It was a good book to begin the exploration of the topic.
