“Be able to Handle any situation”

I’m so thankful that I found this audio book.


This audio book not only explained this phenomenon but gave some simple yet powerful insight into how change is possible. As elusive as self-discipline can be, I felt for the first time it’s doable. It’s a quick listen and I’m so thankful that I found this audio book. It’s a definite keeper!

Nothing ground breaking or earth shattering. Plain Jane actually kinda boring to listen to. Wish I could get my money back on this one.

great step by step process

the narrator sounds like a computer reading this book. if you can get past that, its a great read. real indepth knowledge in a step by step format.

eh .. has great reviews

Narrator was ok, the book is ok,.I can only conclude these great reviews came from people that have no willpower at all. it was difficult to get through this book having listen listen to some great narrators, this narrator was subpar. I walked away with this book getting some fundamental knowledge, but nothing earth-shattering. if you're trying to stop or fight procrastination look elsewhere.

boring, unmotivating and a waste of money.

I struggled even listening to it over and over till I couldn't take anymore. I have read many motivational books and this was definitely not one of them.
