This book was Fabulous
The execises in this work book are simple yet meaningful. The narrator nurtures us while helping us explore some of the darker and more uncomfortable places in our soul that we might be scared to look at. I loved the beautifully crafted PDF workbook/journalling attachment that came with the audio book. It provided a safe place to delve a little deeper into some of my more uncomfortable emotions within myself. I loved the guided meditations. So peaceful and wonderful.

Already Seeing Changes!
I just listened to this audiobook recently, and I'm genuinely impressed! I’m just two days into the 21-day journey, and it's early, but the tools provided are proving to be truly helpful. The guided meditations bring a sense of calm I haven't felt in a while, and the journaling prompts push me to confront things I've long avoided. Terrific Insight!
We don't always know why we do what we do. This book is a great tool to help dig deeper into our past and learn how experiences from one's past can influence what is happening in our lives today.
Being able to work on healing our inner child and by extension releasing emotional trauma can go a long way in helping us understand what we experience in the present. More than that, however, is how shadow work can lead to understanding one's true potential.
I learned that I likely have internal barriers that I am unaware of that hinder my success. I now have a better understanding of how to reach my goals without getting in "my own way".
I am glad I purchased this book. There is a lot of insight I don't think I would have picked up elsewhere. If you want to understand yourself better, this is the book for you.

Powerful Healing Resource
I had the pleasure of listening to this audiobook and it's very transformational. Uncovering emotions, understanding them, and accepting them shape our lives. This book has helped me uncover some of those hidden emotions that forced me to be a negative person. Simply being aware of my inner emotions has already proven to make me more positive. I found the chapter on addressing negative self-talk to be extremely powerful. Teaching me positive self-talk is an area I want to explore further. Great listen!
