Waste of money

it looks like this guy was successful and kicking "HIS" sugar addiction but he's got tunnel vision he just tells you everything you must do like he did that doesn't work. So many of his suggestions are just ridiculous like go to the library and start a new hobby "Reading Something New"..
New books to help me with my sugar addiction really? Plus all his step-by-step processes I'm not going to work for everyone just because they suited him. it's really stupid that he wrote a book. I could write a better book with all my addictions LOL.
