About the Original Book: In Attached, Amir Levine and Rachel Heller take a scientific approach to explain how romantic relationships work and why some are more dysfunctional than others. They use real-life stories as well as cutting-edge research to educate us on why some people are able to thrive in their relationships while others seem trapped in a vicious cycle of perpetual disappointment. The authors show us that people in relationships can be grouped into three main attachment styles: secure, anxious, and avoidant. By finding out which category you and your partner fall under, you stand a better chance of making your relationship succeed.

Important book on Navigating intimate realtionship

An Important book on successfully Navigating intimate realtionships. I wish I knew this stuff in my 20's. I would have made better choices.

I am glad I know it now in my 40's but only discovered it after a few failed relationships and a dating hiatus for 2years, while I took stock to figured out the repeating patterns in my relationhip .

this knowledge gives me tools I never had before and an edge w.r.t. the likelihood of being successful in my next intimate relationship.

Thanks for sharing these valuable insights

unimpressed by summary.

I bought a physical copy of the book. im going to read through it and compare it to this summary. I was not impressed by this summary. I do not however know if it was because the material they summarised wasnt good or if they just failed to perform a good summary.

Ill update this after I tear through the paperback and compare it to this summary.

for now I would say this summary isn't a product I would buy.
