a collection of suggestions

I also have a copy of the Self-Discipline Blueprint. Comparing the two books I prefer the self discipline one because it's more detailed and it deals more with creating an infrastructure conducive to change (i.e. diet, exercise, sleep, meditation). But this book has great value in its own right. It offers a nice potted collection of ideas for helping you to change your current way of doing things, so that you can grow and introduce good habits.

I especially like the suggestion in the closing pages of the book that you try the strategies that appeal to you, and if something doesn't work for you drop it. Good advice!
