Gorgeous storytelling

I love Angel Van Atta's style. Her storytelling is rich with details, which brings the tale and its characters to life in vivid color. The story sucks you in and makes you forget it's a story. The author, along with the excellent narrator, made me feel every ounce of fear, sorrow, and despair that had been felt within the walls of the titular house. I am excited to check out the third book in the series and I'm sure it won't disappoint.

A must read!

Horrified, Sadness, Joy, Warmth and Terror is what you will feel with this book. I had such a hard time putting this down. I feel in love with the characters that are described in such detail, that it felt like I was watching there story unfold in front of me. You will not be disappointed!
