Life-Changing and Inspiring!
As middle age woman who is highly concerned about my weight and overall health, I can confidently say that the ideal body blueprint is the book I've been waiting for! Dr. Cunningham's approach is refreshing, holistic, and truly speaks to the real challenges we face as we age.
What sets this book apart is its emphasis on the bio cycle social model- It doesn't just focus on diet and exercise but addresses the mental and emotional barriers that have held me back for so long. Doctor Cunningham's writing is compassionate and relatible, and his personal journey of overcoming obesity makes the advice even more impactful.
The strategies outlined in this book are practical, Easy to follow, and Back by science. I've already started implementing the techniques, And for the first time in years, I am hopeful about achieving long-term health and maintaining my weight. This isn't just a book, It's a guide to transforming your health and your life.
I highly recommend the ideal body blueprint to anyone who has struggled with their weight or their health and wants a proven, supportive approach to long-term success. Thank you Dr. Cunningham, For creating such a powerful resource!

It's Your Body - Help Is On The Way
This is a truly great book. I give it a five star review out of five stars.
I have heard and noticed a lot of great things about Dr. Jamey Cunningham’s writings and coaching. I have observed that his subjects are interesting and his writing style is easy and fun to follow. He does not talk down to the reader as he tackles life changing processes, which is especially important for people like me who have struggled with weight loss and anxiety. My friends and co-workers tell me the same about Dr. Jamey. I was not disappointed with Dr. Jamey’s new book “The Ideal Body Blueprint.” In it, Dr. Jamey takes on the tough realities of weight loss for older people like me, and how an individual can transform their overweight, sluggish, and unhealthy body into a healthy body, or as he calls it, the ideal body. Dr. Jamey explains the many facets that contribute to such an extraordinary body transformation. His book makes a difficult and seemingly impossible task into reasonable and achievable goals and results.
The thesis, or main approach in this book, is the idea of achieving great health outcomes in a realistic and holistic manner. There is no silver bullet or one easy step to obtaining a healthy body. The book taught me that a balanced approach is what creates the success for achieving an ideal body. I learned through a mix of information about understanding the body, intermittent fasting, eating organic, knowledge about ketogenic nutrition, using supplements, exercise, movement, and emotional health are the foundations for the type of balance that results in excellent long term-health. This balance creates the holistic strategy to obtain a healthy body.
The individual tactics in the book are not exactly revolutionary on their own, however, when all these ideas are put together, obtaining a healthy body is quite possible with Dr. Jamey's truly novel design. The combination of factors become an innovative and fresh way to take on the lifelong process of gaining and caring for a healthy body, my healthy body. Dr. Jamey has plenty of references in this book, which include scientific studies and conclusions that support his state-of-the-art plan.
It is said that the most important thing in life is your health, and this is so true. I am thankful for this book and the amount of information it obtains. I am grateful for Dr. Jamey’s hard work putting this all together for my great health, and I would recommend this book to anyone. I mean, who doesn’t need a great healthy body.

A personal journey to Health and Transformation.
Writing The Ideal Body Blueprint was not just an academic exercise for me—it was deeply personal. As someone who faced my own struggles with obesity, PTSD, and anxiety, I know firsthand how overwhelming the journey to better health can be. This book reflects everything I’ve learned, not only from my personal experience but also from years of research and working with thousands of individuals seeking lasting change.
My goal was to create a resource that goes beyond quick fixes and fad diets. Using the BioPsychosocial model, I’ve provided strategies that address the mental, emotional, and physical barriers that keep so many of us stuck. This is the same approach that helped me reclaim my health, and I believe it can work for you too.
It’s been incredibly fulfilling to hear from readers who have already begun to see positive changes in their lives. My hope is that this book inspires and empowers you to take control of your health and live the life you deserve. Thank you for letting me be a part of your journey. Together, we can achieve incredible transformations.
