The 21 day meal plan is delightful, and useful for planning what to eat!
I love to work out and go to the gym. Maximizing your energy with the right food around your workouts is key. I learned more abut macronutrients and this is a reference guide I will come back to often.
I vary up the recipes, and the ones in the book are great starting points.

Great keto diet info!

I've never tried the keto diet. I did Atkins for a couple of years a long time ago, with mixed results, so I was hesitant to try this. After listening to this comprehensive audiobook, with all of its great information and resources, I now feel like I should give it another try. Highly recommend!
