Publisher's summary

Faced with failure, those with a winner's mind-set adapt and soldier on. Those with the loser's mind-set quit. One coworker of mine nearly died in a car accident but showed up to work with a cast on her arm and a brace around her neck. Another gave up after failing to meet the sales quota after the first week on the floor. Both faced adversity; one kept moving forward, the other fled.

There is a vast pool of wealth, known as other people's experience, that you can tap in to. By examining the thoughts of losers, you can isolate those aspects of yourself that are inclined toward losing and focus on what keeps you going.
