Strange Yet Works Like Magic
I agree with the reviewer who said they felt they were going to be molested in the first few minutes of this. I had the same first few minutes of experience. The set-up is so odd. Yet, it works like nothing I've ever tried! I have terrible insomnia and my phone is filled with sleep and anti-anxiety meditations that mostly work, but there are nights when after listening to 4 or 5, I give up and toss and turn. Now if one doesn't work, I pull this up, and I have yet to remain awake for more than a couple of minutes. And the voice/format grows on you after the first few minutes. I am relaxed and asleep in no time.

I have yet to listen to the entire 38 minutes in one sitting. I fall asleep within a few minutes every time. Will is one of my favorite voices and this one hit the mark!

An Audible Sedative
First time, I fell right to sleep.
Second time, I thought, eh...then I couldn't get up from sleep.
Hands down, the most relaxed I've felt over yoga, meditation...if Will is ever in LA can he call me? Don't text, please call! Geez Louise!

I NEVER HEAR THE END I AM ALWAYS ASLEEP
I downloaded 5 sleep meditations and this is the only one that doesn't get me cranky!!! I fall asleep before the end. The others ask a question think of someone who has died!!! Why would I!!! They count wrongly breath in 1 2 3 4 5 then breath out 1 2 3 4 5 BUT if you do it with the words the breath out you can't hold your breath that long.
The Office is perfect. Sure there is ripping of paper that seems to go on for longer than it really would take and sometimes I find myself involuntarily nodding with Will Watt with what he is saying. I love the walking up to the office with the footsteps.
A must have for anyone who wants to fall asleep within 10 min.

All the reviews are correct, and that either works for you or it doesn’t
Oh my goodness. This hit all the tingles for me. This man’s voice…I have no idea what happens in the story because I was out like a light.
If you have unresolved trauma of molestation, this may trigger you. If you have worked through some of your stuff, this may be the new kink you never knew about. Will Watt conveys safety, affirmation, and risk of danger in a tantalizing way. Why am I covered in paper? I have no idea but keep going.

Induces sleep, somehow
I do not experience any physical sensation as ASMR is purported to cause for some people but it does tend to help me fall asleep pretty reliably.
It keeps me from ruminating about life issues long enough for my mind to switch off and sleep.
