I love this book. It has a mix of good listening and good challenges. It really helps to find the tools needed to strengthen you emotionally. Definitely recommended.

Great gift! Much needed

I personally haven’t started explaining in this workbook but have listen a lot of the inserts. Definitely a great tool to help look into your self. Bought 3 extra copies for friends and they absolutely love it. I would recommend this to anyone no matter their current state of mind.

Awsome AudioBook

This is Wonderful easy listening for beginners that is easy listening for beginners to understand the speaker, if the speaker speaks too fast then I will get disinterested.. Also, the grammar in the story is very helpful too.
