Do you struggle with closing the sale?

Don’t worry - you’re not alone.

The sales process is more than just a funnel - it’s a staircase. As the salesperson, it’s your job to earn a prospective client's business by moving them from one step to another.

That’s where The Selling Staircase comes into play.

This book is a five-step approach to move your clients through an authentic sales process. We’re going to go through these in-depth throughout the book. This framework will bring new awareness about what you’re doing and how to be even more effective in the sales process.

Knowing how to communicate with your clients, recognize buying signals, and ask for the sale is crucial to the success of your business.

So let’s get you there.

"The Selling Staircase model is brilliant and easy to implement in any business. Nobody explains the sales process more enthusiastically, intelligently, and clearly as Nikki Rausch. If you want more sales fast, I highly recommend you read her new book right away.” (Shane Sams, host of The Flipped Lifestyle Podcast, flippedlifestyle.com)

With over 25 years of experience selling to such prestigious organizations as The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Hewlett-Packard, and NASA, Nikki shattered sales records in many industries, receiving multiple “top producer” awards along the way. Nikki Rausch has the unique ability to transform the misunderstood process of “selling”. Today, entrepreneurs and small business owners from a wide range of disciplines hire Nikki to show them how to sell successfully and authentically, without being pushy or “salesy.”

Wonderful guide to authentic and successful relationship selling

The Selling Staircase is an insightful overview of how to be successful in relationship selling and create meaningful processes and progress with clients. Nikki Rausch maps out a step-by-step process for moving clients through the 5 step selling process with active listening, great communication skills, and ease. I learned so much that I was readily able to apply in my business with terrific results.

I highly recommend reading this for all entrepreneurs interested in increasing their sales savvy and success. The Audible version is great too as it’s like Nikki is sitting across the table from you answering your questions, guiding your process, and cheering you on.

My New Favorite Sales Book!

I highly recommend your Selling Staircase book to my clients. We are all in the selling business. I learned so much. I have always had a bossy streak and this damaged rapport in some of my relationships. Asking for permission before giving unsolicited feedback and being more careful with my language is something this book helped me enormously with. Lastly, it validated something I have believed for a long time but wondered if it really was the right approach: put relationships first! Seriously, a must read for anyone in business!

Excellent

I have done several sales pieces of training through the years with some very notable trainers, and not one compares to the process Nikki walks you through. Her teaching is clear and easy to understand, and her voice is kind and soothing, making me want to be her best friend. You won't regret this purchase. I will buy the printed version to earmark all my biggest takeaways.

Very generic

There are a few good points in this book, but most sales professionals should already know this information.
