Informative and well worth the read!

Great book, I love to learn and this book didn't disappoint! I knew some of the things explained in the book but was doing a few things wrong in my workouts. I can now easily gain more benefit and recovery by making some changes. Hydration, hydration, hydration, we all know it but he gives many reasons to do it. The book lists the foods to reduce inflammation, who doesn't need to use that knowledge! I was excited to learn about bioceramic sleepwear!

Unique perspective on traditional training

Offers a new way of thinking about training and weightlifting. Makes sense and good and knowledgeable book. Goes through a lot of stretches which makes it painful to listen through audible. Would be a better read than listen.

Seriously, try it! You will love it!

This is the cutting edge knowledge of athletic performance, and a life of growing old with strength and vitality. I have only Incorporated the vibrating sphere and roller for pilability, and the hydration formula the last 2weeks. My old broken toes, elbow, and tweeked knee are totally well. I am a believer and will continue incorporating all 12 principles in my life. Growing older never looked so good!

this book was good but when it comes down to detailed instructions and the tb12 method it's something you're gonna need the hard copy for.
