Confusing
This may be a better read than audiobook because it goes off on tangents. I thought this book would contain some nice therapeutic recipes but sadly I was mistaken. The narrator talks to fast and sometimes just about nothing important that has to do with essential oils. I do not recommend this book. This is my honest unbiased review.
