Very practical tips and advice

Prioritising sister is not normalised in our society, as a mom to a 5 year old little girl and an older sister, this is useful to model to my daughter and little sister. I loved the practical tips and exercises ❤️❤️❤️

Friendship takes Two

Having self awareness and knowing how you behave are good ways to making sure that you are being a good friend. Knowing what type of friend you’re will help in maintaining your friendships.
