Everyone needs a little help

My husband’s been having a tough time lately—he’s dealing with chronic pain, and his surgery didn’t go as planned, which just made things worse. He’s been feeling stuck, like he can’t move forward, but this book has actually helped him a lot. It’s not just about, like, “do this and fix your life.” It breaks down why you get stuck in bad habits and gives you steps to figure out what’s actually holding you back. The A.C.H.I.E.V.E.R. framework has been super helpful for him because it's not overly complicated. Plus, the stuff about shifting your mindset and overcoming blocks really clicked with him. He’s been using the tips to set small goals and stay consistent, and honestly, it’s helping him feel like he can get back on track. I have worked for years on building myself a positive and resilient mindset but he just never operated that way but I think after this last surgery, he needed something and now I think he will be more equipped for other things that may happen to him in life but he will have the tools to know he can handle it.
