There is hope!

Great look at understanding hormones

My wife is in the early stages of menopause, and she is having a hard time with her hormones. I feel helpless, and unable to help her. After listening to this book, I feel like I can at least understand a little better what she is going through, and I let her listen to it, as well

A supportive author

The book is packed with information for physical and emotional help. A very nice narrator tone, the author was compassionate and thorough. It’s great to learn about all the variables and how to deal with each. I like the inclusion of herbs and how to use them. The author focused on harmony, symphony, and melody to give you some insight on their approach.

Feeling better already without medications

Turning 50 has been an ordeal; the hormone changes are really causing me issues. I found this audiobook and now have a better understanding of the hormone changes and how to help without the use of medications. I am sure I will at some point need them, but the techniques in the book are working for me. I found the guide to be super easy to follow and the recommendations and techniques easy to replicate.
