Started out as a vegetable juice book....

Started as a vegetable juice book with some great information but morphed into a list of things to do to lose weight...lost interest about half way through.

Excellent Resource For Juicers

What made the experience of listening to Vegetable Juicing: Lose Weight & Achieve Radiant Health the most enjoyable?

I didn't want to just be bumbling along and not ask the right questions. This audio actually helped me to know which questions to even ask and then answers them. Before I listened to this, I took for granted basic questions such as
what juicer should I buy?
what's the best way to clean it?
what to if I don't like the taste?
how can I know what is best to mix?
how much should I drink?
how can I save the juice afterwards?

I'm new to green juicing after watching "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead". Before I jumped into it, I wanted to make sure I was doing it right and learn more about what each vegetable and what juice does for the body.

Talks to me like a friend. Very welcoming and has a slight motivation bent to his voice.
