AWSOME motivator!

Honestly thought it would be boring. But it has been amazing to listen to this short book. Many times we can’t even start walking 1000 feet be it because we are depressed not feeling motivated etc etc etc. I use to walk in the past and couldn’t get myself to start all over again - already one year without walking! Listening to this book killed all those fears and negative feelings and whatever excuses stop us from exercising and moving forward. It almost felt like it telling me ... it’s ok you will be fine what you are doing is ok to do ... sometimes we just need reassurance and to be seen to start a new life! Thank you !

great book. He gets right to the point, talks in layman's terms easy to listen to. Soothing voice,I will look for more books by him.

This book is for baby-boomers

The content of this book is obvious, recent generations can easily figure it out just reading a couple of blog post on internet.
