Absolutely loved this book

This book is quite grounded and balanced in approach. I am especially inspired by weight reduction because of decreasing pressure versus the generally acknowledged "simply eat less and move increasingly" remedy.

Very interesting book! And although I just recent

Very interesting book! And although I just recently finished listeningit I have been able to try the self-hypnosis on myself and it seems to work fairly well (noticed the signs described in the book). I have also tried the hypnosis technique on my teenage son and he says he felt very relaxed during the session. Can't wait to try more sessions for long term goals. Very good beginners book!

As an introduction to meditation as a lifestyle

As an introduction to meditation as a lifestyle, Meditate Your Weight is great. There are many helpful tips and the twenty-one day guide is extremely helpful. As a weight loss book, take its contents with a grain of salt and be prepared to see stress levels reduce far more than scale numbers.

Very relaxing and easy way to follow!!!!

Particularly enjoyed the wonderful way in which this audio-book delivers express districts to help make discipline and after each part , the author explores the critical take-influences. In general, HIGHLY has suggested in case you have endurance issues.

Instant Self Hypnosis really works!!

I have attended several self transformation events and seen and read many books, but nothing has been as helpful and innovative as what Forbes has wrote!! The book starts off by explaining exactly what Self Hypnosis is, dispels some common fears about it, and how it can be used to change your life. Next comes the practical and fun part.
