Purpose is not a static concept—it changes as we grow, bringing fresh opportunities and challenges with every season of life. This episode invites us to pause and reflect on where we are, what’s working, and what might need to shift. When we’re in tune with our purpose, decisions feel clearer, and life flows more easily.

In this minisode, we break down three accessible practices for reconnecting with your purpose right now. A daily five-minute visioning practice helps to keep your goals front and center. Identifying energy drains—whether they’re tasks, habits, or relationships—allows you to protect your capacity. And creating intentional moments of stillness opens the door to clarity and intuition.

These small but impactful steps can help us approach life with more intention, joy, and alignment. When we take the time to focus on what matters, we create space for purpose-driven growth and attract the opportunities meant for us. Tune in to explore how a few focused actions can transform your day-to-day experience.

In this minisode, I’m reflecting on how our dreams and desires often get delayed by the stories we tell ourselves. I explore how to break free from old programming and embrace a new way of thinking—one that allows you to pursue your dreams and nurture your relationships.

Using personal stories, like my first Christmas in sunny Laguna Beach and my journey through decades of balancing ambition with family life, I’ll share how to navigate the "excuses" we use to delay what matters most. We’ll talk about why your deepest desires are tugging at your heart for a reason and how you can make space for them without sacrificing what you hold dear.

This episode is your reminder that life doesn’t have to be this
or that—it can be a beautiful blend of both. As we approach the new year, let’s create space for possibility, step into our personal power, and design a life that feels aligned with who we are at our core.

The end of the year is the perfect time to slow down, reflect, and reassess where we’re pouring our energy—and where we might be leaking it. In today’s solo chat, I’m sharing a deeply personal reflection about a pattern that resurfaced for me this year: over-functioning. It’s a habit many of us fall into, especially as nurturers and helpers, but it often comes at the cost of our well-being and goals.

I’ll take you back to the roots of this pattern, sharing how childhood experiences shaped my need to “fix” others in order to feel safe. While I’ve done years of healing and growth around this, life has a way of presenting us with opportunities to revisit what we thought we’d moved past. A powerful insight reminded me that boundaries are not about controlling others—they’re about showing up for yourself with clarity and intention.

As we move into a new year, this is your permission slip to reflect, reset, and move forward with aligned, intentional action.
