John 14:13 (KJV)

And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.

There is absolutely nothing that you can ask for that God will not provide! God’s desire and will is for you to succeed in your life; however, just because God wills you to be rich doesn’t mean you are rich – YET! You must act on the Word of God so you can let His will manifest in your life!

In the verse above, the Lord Jesus says if you ask in His name, that thing He will do. The word ‘that’ means you must be specific in your asking. Specificity sparks your desired outcome! The Bible reaffirms this in the book of Matthew when it says, say unto this mountain be thou removed … those things which he saith shall come to pass. The word ‘this’ implies you must be specific in your commanding also!

Be confident in the inherent power God has placed inside of you! Do not limit God by only asking for things you think He is capable of providing; instead, ask beyond even your wildest imaginations and watch God give them to you according to the level of your faith!

PROPHETIC DECLARATION

When I ask in Jesus’ name, I am specific! I know God has the power to supply all my needs, even beyond my wildest dreams! Amen.

Philippians 4:6 (AMP)

Do not be anxious or worried about anything, but in everything [every circumstance and situation] by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, continue to make your [specific] requests known to God.

Jesus has assured us that we have victory over all circumstances and crises! Fear, terror, and worry should not be part of the Christian experience! The Bible tells us that God has not given us the spirit of fear but of power, and love, and of a sound mind! This means fear is a gift; the gift giver being the devil himself!

Never allow phrases like “I’m scared” to creep into your vocabulary, for it is not of God but of the devil! As a child of God, your confidence should be derived from the knowledge of the One who resides on the inside of you.

When you feel worried or panicked, remember the words of Apostle John, “Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them!” For every battle you will ever face, God has given you the tools and facilities to overcome them! Refuse fear, worry, and stress, and gain confidence in the Lord who has already won the battle for you!

PROPHETIC DECLARATION

I am of God; I am not anxious for anything! The Lord is where my confidence is found. Any enemy who believes they can fight me and win is fighting a lost battle! Amen.

Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall.

It has been said that cemeteries are the epicentre of unrealised hopes and dreams—the final resting place for countless directors, singers, artists, and others whose gifts and ideas never fully materialised. What an unsettling reality!

Many have lived without fully harnessing God’s calling upon their life! Yet, the verse above says you must work diligently to make your calling and election sure! The word diligent means ‘constant in effort to accomplish something; attentive and persistent in doing anything.’ If you are truly pulled by God’s undeniable call on your life, you must make a persistent and attentive effort to make your calling sure!

Many Christians make the mistake of thinking that just because they're born again, they're living according to God’s plan for their life. This is far from the truth! If that was the case, Paul wouldn’t have told a young minister (Archippus) to make sure he fulfilled God’s calling! Today, make the decision to follow what God has called you to be and actively pursue it without excuse!

PROPHETIC DECLARATION

I am pulled into servitude! I live to fulfil God's undeniable calling on my life! By the power of the Holy Spirit, I'm guided in every single step I take to fulfil God’s mission in my life!

Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

Faith, at its basic component, is an argument between you and the devil: what does the King of kings say about you and your situation versus what the devil says concerning your life! Your victory in this argument depends solely on your knowledge of God’s Word. The Bible says faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God, meaning faith comes by hearing, and hearing is produced by reading the Word of God! If you lack faith regarding whatever you're going through, the Word of God is your remedy!

Allow the words to fly off the pages and act as a shield and defence against the lies of the enemy! When the devil says you're weak, let your response be, "The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in Him, and He helps me!" When the devil says you're sick, declare, "My God supplies all my needs!"

The Word of God operates as the foundation of our faith. Learn to use it as a source of defence when the enemy attacks. When armed with the basic faith component, you are untouchable!

PROPHETIC DECLARATION

My faith gives substance and physicality to unseen realities! When used appropriately, the Word of God acts as a defence against the attacks of the enemy. I use the basic faith component well! Amen.

And Jesus answered him, saying, It is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God.

The above verse shows us the Lord Jesus’ response to one of Satan’s temptations and gives us perfect insight into how the Word of God can be applicable in our lives. When He says man shall not live by bread alone but by every Word of God, He was not referring to the logos of God but the rhema!

The logos is the Word of God that encapsulates His thoughts, plans, purpose, character, and personality, but rhema is a spoken and active word from God to a specific person for a specific purpose at a particular time! A rhema word has the power to rebuild you in your time of need; this is why the prophetic is extremely important. When you receive a rhema word from God, it blesses you because it's exactly what you need at that moment.

For example, you may be experiencing hardships in your life, and suddenly, you receive a word from the Lord saying, “Lo, I am with you always.” This verse was penned centuries ago, yet it becomes rhema when the Holy Spirit brings it to you concerning whatever your situation may be!

PROPHETIC DECLARATION

As I meditate on God’s Word, His Spirit is bringing a spoken and active word to me for my present situation! Rhema is rebuilding my life! Amen.

And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies because of his Spirit who lives in you.

The Church has a self-healing mechanism. When you became a child of God, you were given eternal life, meaning you do not need healing! Whatever sickness or infirmity attempts to attach itself to you can be immediately dispelled when you stir up the gift of God in you! The Bible says that if the same Spirit who raised the Lord Jesus Christ from the dead resides in you, He will revitalise your mortal body.

Despite this, many Christians today are still tortured by small ailments such as a cold or headaches. Why? The Bible tells us that God’s people die due to a lack of knowledge! So, when Christians still suffer from diseases, it's simply because they have not invested enough time to fully realise the power they possess.

When you begin to study God’s Word, you'll see the life He intended for all His children. Refuse to be bound by the chains of sickness or disease; instead, be confident in your God-given ability to self-heal.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION

God has given me all the tools to perform healing on myself right now. I have a self-healing mechanism inside of me! I will never be sick again! Amen.

2 Corinthians 4:17 (KJV)

For our light affliction which is but for a moment worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory.

In the Kingdom of God, you express the joy of the Holy Spirit! Never allow even a moment of being downcast; it is inconsistent with the life God intended for those who follow Him. Despite this, many Christians settle for happiness based on the happenings around them.

Christ saved you from being bound by feelings. Therefore, you must live above the circumstances and choose to optimize the joy God has given you freely through Christ Jesus. Optimizing God-given joy means fully taking advantage of what God gave you when you became a born-again follower of Christ!

The principle of the Kingdom is what you see is what you get. When you look with your optical eyes and things are not how you want them to be, lift your sight! See with the eyes of the spirit; view your situation from the perspective of the One who has delivered you from it! Live above your situations today, and adopt a joyful nature rather than a life fuelled by your feelings!

PROPHETIC DECLARATION

I am optimizing my God-given joy! I live above the circumstances around me. When I see things I don’t like taking place in my life, I switch from viewing them with my optical eyes and use the eyes of my spirit instead!

Peter replied, "Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the Name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit."

Every relationship is built on communication! Whether it’s a relationship with your spouse, a relationship with your children, or even business relations, no relationship will survive without exchanging dialogue. In the same way as a child of God, you must be joined in comradery with the Holy Spirit!

Many suffer the tribulations of this world alone simply because they do not know there's an Ever-Present Help who is ready to assist them at any point. The Holy Spirit is a personable being, meaning you must speak to Him like a person! Tell Him all about your day, your struggles, your achievements; tell Him everything and anything! He's there to help you.

The Holy Spirit is a precious gift given to you freely the moment you accepted Christ! When the Holy Spirit is truly on the inside of you, there is no other power you will ever need because the very source of power Himself resides on the inside of you! A healthy relationship with the Holy Spirit is quintessential to living the best Christian experience. Next time you wake up, greet the Holy Spirit!
