    In this episode, we’re going to talk about embodying your principles and values - and how this relates to helping others and staying out of overwhelm.

    Overwhelm can be hard for anyone, but if you’re a high achiever, it can be extra-hard. But don’t worry, because I’ll continue to help you with the next steps in getting through that overwhelm.

    I’m excited to dive in and share this strategy with you so that you can be on your way to finding relief from overwhelm, sweet soul.
