    Dec 23 2024

In this deeply personal episode, Dr. Alisha reflects on her journey of healing and rediscovery after the loss of her husband five years ago. She shares her experiences of navigating grief, embracing joy, and the importance of self-care. REFILLS:

    1. Survival mode is okay. In the beginning, just getting through the day is enough.

    2. Feel all the emotions. Grief is heavy, let yourself feel it.

    3. Invest in yourself. Whether it is a spa day, a staycation, or therapy, please find ways to pour into yourself.

    4. Embrace the new you. You're allowed to grow and evolve.

    5. Write your own story. Your life after loss is yours to create.
