Although my brother disappeared many cycles ago, I've never given up hope that he's alive. I get word about a human who has seen him, but she's evading me. When I finally come face to face with her, the situation becomes a whole lot more complicated, because I can't deny the pull toward the female with the smart mouth. She doesn't know it yet, but she'll be by my side as I rule over my people.

My life has never been my own, and that's never been more true than in the Rinian Galaxy. I've always had dreams that led me to believe my life is bigger than being the servant to some snake alien queen, but as each year goes by, I'm beginning to think my subconscious is lying to me. Until he shows up . . . the Kaluma with one blue eye who I've never forgotten. But he's not who I remember, and it seems this galaxy has broken another soul.

I'm on a strange planet surrounded by blue aliens and women who clearly have Stockholm syndrome. I'm not content to pump out alien babies and have dinner cooking for my guy after he returns from a long day of hunting and gathering. Independence is great until my solitary exploration leads me right into the hands of a savage, horned alien who barely speaks but has no intention of letting me go. The worst part? His survival skills are actually kind of turning me on.

Scoring a job at the exclusive and secretive Hotel Castle Verna is exactly what I need to pay off my debt and avoid a punishment I might not survive. The guests are a little eccentric, but they are great tippers. All I have to do is ignore the strange sights, smells, and sounds coming from the guest rooms, and I can remain gainfully employed. Simple, right? Except there's one guest at the hotel who's always watching me with his mismatched black and white eyes.

After finding my apartment ransacked for the third time, I'm done being stalked. I'm just some nameless orphan who's only trying to survive in this broken city. I shouldn't matter. I shouldn't be a target. I shouldn't have to live on the run. But here I am, trying to find a hideout when living beyond the city without a permit is punishable by death. I'm desperate. But I'm scrappy too, and soon I'm surviving off the land with only the rodents for company. Everything's fine. Until he shows up.

The job is supposed to be easy. All I have to do is deliver a spaceship of living cargo to the vile Uldani and they'll release my brother. If I fail, they'll take it out on him. Except the cargo is something I've never seen before - human females. The one called Frankie is beautiful and soft, and I've already spilled blood for her. Now how am I going to save my brother? Because this human female is mine.

Mouse: I have no memory or what or who I am, all I know is that everyone and everything is out to hurt me. Hands slap, teeth bite, and boots kick. So when I meet a big, bronzed warrior with blue eyes whose hands are gentle and voice is kind, I don't trust him. And when he starts showing up in my dreams, a part of me I long thought was dead awakens with a passion.

Naomi: All my life, I've been protected. First by my older brother, and now by a crew of women on a strange alien planet who insist on protecting my virtue. Who cares about virtue? I have to make the most of this situation, and if that means shacking up with a big blue guy, I'm not opposed. So when I find that the very alien who I'm convinced is my mate has gone off on a reckless mission, I risk it all to bring him back myself.

I thought waking up on a spaceship was traumatic. That's got nothing on returning to consciousness while shackled in a cell. The kicker? I'm supposed to be a breeder for the alien in the cell next to me. My mother always told me I had birthing hips, but I don't think she meant they were for pushing out blue extraterrestrials. I want to hate my cellmate, but he's a prisoner, too, and so far he's taken a few beatings to protect me....

Space ship travel when you've been kidnapped sucks. I don't get a pillow, there's no snacks, and worst of all—the whole ship crashes. Except, it doesn't crash on Earth, or even Mars. Nope, I'm in a whole new galaxy on a foreign planet and some body-builder-looking blue horned aliens with lots of piercings have decided I'm their new play thing. And not in a good way. Until one alien decides he's not going to share, and maybe I have a concussion from the crash, because I'm all about the possessive way he protects me. But there's no way he'll fight his whole clan for me . . . right?

I consider myself a true-crime expert. Never let yourself be transported to a second location. Kidnapping 101, right? Well, not on an alien planet apparently. I escaped the pack of blue aliens on hover bikes only to fall victim to even worse aliens. I must have missed the danger hierarchy memo during Outer Space Abduction Orientation. My only hope is the blue alien who tracked me down, but now he's a prisoner too, and he's not too happy with me....

The blue alien warrior pacing in his cage terrifies me. His long dark hair is wild and messy, and his scarred body looks made for murder. I deliver food to him every day, and I'm sure by the way he stares at me that he'd rather eat me. Yet there's something about him that captivates me, and I can't stop watching him. When he lets the snarling, fearsome mask slip, I start to see there's a cool calculation to his actions. I would be risking everything to help him escape, but do I dare let this monster free from his cage?

I've heard of the big Kaluma with a spiked bat, so I know evading him won't be a cake walk. As my assassin, he's ruthless. Until he finds out my truth. Now he's sticking by my side, claiming me as his mate, and I can't believe it but . . . I think I'm falling for the cocky alien with glowing blue eyes.

I'm tired of being scared, but fear is like a constant companion these days. Some big blue alien stole the last of my friends, and now I'm alone as a prisoner on a spaceship on my way back to the planet that stole everything from me. I thought I'd seen the last of the blue aliens, until suddenly I'm staring into the eyes of one as he gets ready to fire a laser right into the cockpit where I sit. And at this point in my life, I'm thinking this might be the best way to go.

I'm a glass half-full girl, but this last week has really tested my outlook on life. First of all, aliens exist. Yeah, there's a doozy. Second of all, they steal humans from Earth, and they're not nice about it. Like at all. Anger issues abound in other galaxies apparently. My situation worsens when I learn I'm the prize in some really effed-up alien gladiator games. I'm just going to admit it now—my glass is empty, and this doesn't look good for me.

I'm not a stranger to being behind bars, but this prison leaves a lot to be desired. There are zero communal showers, minimal locking cells, and the other prisoners are extremely hostile. That could be because they are aliens, and this is a prison in another galaxy. Add in the fact that I'm a human female, and my life span has just dropped some serious time. I'm about to go down fighting when a scary blue alien with spikes decides he's my rescuer. Except he doesn't seem happy about my presence and, well, join the club, buddy.

I was odd even before the evil aliens kidnapped me and messed with my brain. Now? I'm even more of a weirdo. I never minded being alone until I found a group of friends who accepted me and who never made me feel like an outcast, even if I had never fully told them the truth about myself. They were stolen, and I'd do anything to find them again and keep them safe, even if it means searching this entire planet. Now if I only I can shake this creepy, silent blue alien who's been hunting me for days.

All my life I've been treated with kid gloves, and I'm tired of it. I want to live up to the legacy of the proud Drixonian females with which I share half of my DNA. There's one thing in my way—a young warrior who knows my secret and threatens to tell my father. So I make a deal with him, and soon his annoying presence at my side changes into something more . . .

Justine: Alien planet life isn't so bad. I've taken a vow of celibacy so the perfect male specimens walking around with their bulging muscles and other . . . bulges . . . don't do it for me. I'm content to live my life and avoid the one male with the soft voice and all-knowing eyes who has me rethinking that vow. But our peaceful existence is threatened by enemies who want to use my human friends and I as nothing but breeders.

This place absolutely sucks, and I've been in some pretty terrible places. I would have run myself through with one of my captor's blades long ago if it wasn't for this innocent creature who's dependent on me. I won't let her down. I can't. But I'm only a human on a planet full of monsters. Until I meet the most deadly monster of them all. He's scarred and wears an emotionless mask, but I can see the simmering rage and revenge underneath it all. I also see a soul needs me as much as I need him.
