CAN"T WAIT TO TRY IT!
This book was very informative. It is so easy to understand, you'll be able to start your Keto diet quickly. There are meal plans included for 3 weeks which are pretty easy to make, I had a lot of the ingredients and products needed to start since I constantly stayed on a low carb diet. I can't wait to try this! I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

Big Keto fan
Being a huge fan of the keto diet, I pretty much try and read anything related to it. This was a great addition to my library and introduced some new ideas like fasting that I think I will give a try as well.

Yummy start to a new way of eating...for me
Nicely laid out with history, approach and plan. Very informative. I appreciated learning the history of the Keto Diet. The narration was beautiful. I really enjoyed Deborah Fennelly's voice. I have no problem repeating various sections of this book to catch pointers, tips or recipes. This one is going to stay on my listening device for a long time. Thank you!
