This is really good for weight loss
This is a great audiobook if you want to lose a lot of weight, I am actually 25 kg overweight right (I know, it's a lot but I am doing my best), so I bought this audiobook to be able to lose weight and it has really given me very very great advice on how I can do so. I am very happy and I am going to share this audio with my husband as well who is overweight as well :)

Love it!
Love it! I cant wait to implement the 6 steps taught and explained in the book, I have a very busy schedule and I am sick of making excuses. This was exactly what I was looking for , so much helpful information that covers a lot of different aspects.

Committed to your Success
This book really challenge me on losing some pounds. It was committing to me reaching the success that I needed to reach and it did it well. I lost a good 15 pounds with this book because of its consistency and great methods of exercises. this book keeps you in track and it just feels like the author is not giving up on you. Follow it all the way through and you will get great results!

excellent tool to help with weight loss journey
This is an excellent tool to help us with the weight loss journey. We are indeed burning fewer calories nowadays. It is all the facilities we have, including the online work, more delivery food options, more transport options, etc. We need to be very focused to keep up with the weight loss challenge. Great book to start your weight loss
Goes into the basics and lays out a solid plan to help along with your weight loss journey. It does stress the low carb diet but only as a way to keep your glucose and insulin levels. It gives you great information to keep you going. Not the greatest fan of the narrator, but the information is excellent.

Great book.. I learned so much from this book. So many takeaways that I would recommended this book! These 6 steps are really easy to follow and I have no doubt I will be able to put them all into practice to allow me to focus on losing weight (especially as it is incredibly hard to when I am so busy!!).

Most people want to lose weight but are too busy to meal prep. And so the diet soon gets forgotten. This book gives some great tips for ways busy people Can lose weight without too much of a time commitment. I think this book will be a great help to so many people. Very enjoyable
